For good reason, Tsukemono has taken up a lot of space on this wee blog and have created themselves an almost cult following with some people showing up at every pop-up venue they book in to. Their take on Japanese comfort food that is made and served without taking itself too seriously has resonated with the Bristol public and we have certainly enjoyed watching them become a success!
As part of their plan to take over the world, one okonomiyaki at a time, they have partnered with Harts Bakery to bring you a series of feast days. Planned seasonally, each supper club promises to bring you a taste of Japan and East Asia using ingredients that are high welfare, locally made or grown and of course bursting with flavour. Also, each session will also be BYO with the Tsukemono team sending tasting note for those that like to pair their food!
Alongside the fantastic food will be an opportunity to buy some original prints made by the team to bring that taste of Japan home and onto your walls.
To get your tickets or find out more, head to their ticket page and snap them up before they go!
